Payments
CallRoom does not process rent payments or security deposits. All financial transactions happen directly between tenant and property owner.
Our recommendation: Use secure payment methods with buyer protection. Never wire money or pay in cash before seeing the property.
Lease Agreements
CallRoom does not provide or facilitate lease agreements. Tenants and owners create their own rental agreements.
Our recommendation: Use a written lease agreement for every rental. Consider having a lawyer review agreements for longer stays.
Background Checks
CallRoom does not conduct credit checks, criminal background checks, or employment verification.
Our recommendation: Property owners should conduct their own screening. Tenants should be prepared to provide references.
